My fund

AUSCOAL Super was established as a result of the merger between the Coalsuper Retirement Income Fund (COALSUPER) and the Queensland Coal and Oil Shale Mining Industry Superannuation Fund (QCOS).

By combining the strengths of these two successful superannuation funds, AUSCOAL Super is well positioned to deliver high value, low cost superannuation and retirement products and services, in an increasingly competitive market.

Our Trustee (AUSCOAL Superannuation Pty Ltd) is equally represented by both employees and employers, working together in the absolute best interests of members and their families.

As an industry super fund, AUSCOAL Super is committed to building profits for members (not shareholders), whether you are currently working in coal mining, have retired or have perhaps moved on to something different.

Our profit to members approach means we can return benefits to our members through lower fees and better returns.

We provide a team of highly qualified and experienced people who are available to assist you, whether you need a quick answer over the phone or some face-to-face guidance from someone you can trust.

Our Service Officers provide support to both members and employers, regularly visiting local communities and workplaces, to deliver free education and information services. They can provide general advice about the Fund and superannuation.
